We’re thrilled to share the successful completion of one of our proudest collaborations — the new Toby’s Estate flagship café located at 35 Rose Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065.

Founded in 1997 by Toby Smith, Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters began humbly in a Sydney garage with a passion for crafting quality, specialty coffee. What started as a one-man roasting operation has grown into an internationally acclaimed brand, renowned for its dedication to sourcing the best beans and perfecting the coffee experience.

In February 2025, Toby’s Estate’s flagship café in Chippendale, Sydney, was honoured as the World’s Best Coffee Shop at the prestigious World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops Gala held at CoffeeFest Madrid — a true testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence.

Melbourne, widely regarded as the coffee capital of Australia, offered the perfect backdrop for Toby’s Estate to expand its presence. Their new Fitzroy café continues their mission to deliver outstanding specialty coffee in a modern, welcoming environment.
